Fix a PDF scanned in the wrong order
A scanner can deliver the last sheet first, while manually assembled PDF packs can place a cover, receipt or appendix in the middle of a document. Reverse order handles the first case. For mixed-up sheets, use the move controls or drag page cards into the sequence you want.
Each card shows its new position and the original page number. For example, a card labelled ‘1. Original 4’ means the fourth page of your source will become the first page of the result. Printed numbers inside that page remain unchanged.
Moving pages on a phone
The earlier and later buttons move a page one position at a time. They work on touch screens and with a keyboard. Dragging is optional and intended for desktop use, so you do not have to make precise drag gestures on a small screen.
Use Reset changes to restore the original sequence before saving. When your document contains sideways sheets, Rotate PDF can correct their orientation in a separate step. To combine pages from different files first, use Merge PDF.
Page order, bookmarks and printed page numbers
Reordering changes the page sequence. It does not rewrite an existing contents list, printed numbering or cross-reference text. Review bookmarks, links and forms after editing, particularly if their meaning depends on page position.
If you want a fresh visible sequence after organising the document, use Add PDF Page Numbers. To drop pages entirely, use Delete PDF Pages. Existing digital signatures may become invalid when the document is saved with changes.
The source file stays untouched. Choose a distinct output filename and keep the original until you have checked the downloaded copy.
