About UploadWell
Simple, fast and private tools for the image and PDF jobs everyone runs into, from shrinking a photo for a job application to merging scanned documents.
Why we built it
Filling in an online form shouldn’t require photo-editing skills. Yet application portals, visa sites and exam boards regularly ask for photos “under 50 KB”, signatures “exactly 140 × 60 pixels” or PDFs “no larger than 200 KB”. Most free tools that solve this upload your passport scan, ID card or signature to a server you know nothing about.
UploadWell takes a different approach: every tool runs inside your browser. Your files are processed on your own phone or computer and are never uploaded. That makes the tools safer for sensitive documents, and faster, because there is no upload or download queue.
